Club History
The Grampain Air Rifle Club was founded following a growing necescity  for a hub of information and resources for the large and enthusiastic group of local air rifle fanatic's.

From its beginning, the GARC has been organised and run as part of Aberdeen Field Sports drive to instruct people in the care and use of air guns that it had sold to past and new customers alike.

The club is run out of Aberdeen Field Sports which is based at 35 Waterloo Quay.
We currently have a small but growing membership from all walks of life and all styles of air rifle.

Directions To Waulkmill Shooting Ground
Depening on your route of travel this is what you do, if you are unsure call Jason on Tel : 07816 413860.
From the Dyce and Newmachar area travel to Old Meldrum and then head to Newdeer, from Newdeer follow the directions below.
From the City Centre area head towards Peterhead / Ellon , once at Ellon again follow the details below.

Directions - Once at Newdeer, travel out the road to Maud.
Turn left at the cross roads (sign posted for Fraserburgh) Once on this road look out for a tourist information sign which reads 'waulkmill fishery'

Follow the Signs to Waulkmill fishery and shooting ground and you will have reached the home shooting range of Grampian Air Rifle Club.Map

Club Membership
Each new member must have insurance via BASC or any other Shooting Insurance organisation that gives third party insurance.
For details contact us for the BASC membership information pack.
Each new member will purchase a knock down target for the club and will be used by all members for club activity's. Should the member leave the club for any reason the knock down target will remain the property of the club.

Club Fees
The initial joining fee will be £25.00 for a period of one year from the date of joining the club after that the annual fee will be £15.00
The monthly club meeting to be held at Waulkmill Sporting Ground, will have an entry fee of £5.00 per monthly event.
